Updated Password and Login Policies (Effective on 16 Dec, 2024)

Dear Maxim's Supplier Portal Users,

 

Re: Update Your Password on or after 16 Dec, 2024 

Thank you for using Maxim’s Supplier Portal. It is important to maintain good security practices for your Supplier Portal account and information.
In this regard, we are going to enhance the security of your account with the new policies below. You will be asked to update the login password on 16 Dec, 2024.


Effective from 16 Dec, 2024 (Mon):

 

1. You will be asked to change your password upon login if your password was last updated over 90 days ago.

 

2. New password must be:

- At least 8 characters long

- Including 1 upper-case letter, 1 lower-case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character

- Different from historical passwords

 

3. Your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes if invalid password was used after 4 attempts.

 

 

Moving forward, you can follow these steps to change your password anytime:

 

1. Log in to the Supplier Portal using your current credentials.

2. Go to "User Management" --> "Change Password".

3. Update the login password according to the instructions
